Hamdan bin Mohammed names new CEO of Settlement and Enforcement at Dubai Courts

In his capacity as the Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, issued Executive Council Resolution No. (59) of 2026 appointing Abdalla Ahmed Mohamed Alrais Al Hammadi as CEO of the Settlement and Enforcement Sector at Dubai Courts.

This Resolution is effective from 19 October 2026, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
