The Central Grievance Committee for Dubai Government Employees announced its Strategic Plan for 2026–2028, which aims to strengthen the employment justice framework within the Government of Dubai and reinforce the principles of the rule of law.
This plan aligns with the directives of the wise leadership, which emphasise providing a fair working environment and protecting employees’ rights through a strong governance framework that ensures objectivity, speed, and accuracy in adjudicating grievances.
Through the new Strategic Plan, the Committee seeks to enhance its pivotal role in adjudicating employment grievances in a manner that reinforces the principle of legality and strengthens confidence in its procedures. This will be achieved through several key strategic pillars, including:

• Raising employee awareness regarding their rights and grievance procedures through sustainable and targeted awareness programmes for all employee groups.
• Simplifying grievance submission procedures to enhance the user experience and ensure clarity of steps and ease of access to the service.
His Excellency Khalfan Ahmed Harib, Chairman of the Committee, affirmed that the new strategic plan represents an important step towards enhancing the efficiency and fairness of the grievance system within the Government of Dubai, noting that the Committee remains committed to continuously developing its procedures in a manner that supports the quality of decisions and reinforces confidence in the government work environment.
